Story Time.....

So many wonderful and fun things have happened to me since moving to Washington, DC. Today I am going to share one of my favorites. My dear friend Andrea and I moved out here together. We sat around for 6 months crying and wondering where our lives would go, and then we end up getting amazing jobs working for an amazing Senator.

Andrea has always made me laugh over the years. Whether its spilling chocolate frosting on her pants to continually quoting Brian Regan...we have our fun. One of my favorite moments with her was last year.

We were driving around Arlington running errands when we came up behind this car that was really dirty. So obviously someone wrote in the dirt on the car. Written was the word "hola" which means hello in Spanish. Andrea, however, proceeds to look at me and say, "Look Nicki, HOLLA!" Then I look at her and say, "Andrea, that is Hola, like hello in Spanish." She looks at me and then I started laughing so hard....hence the reason why I love saying the word "HOLLA." Thank you Andrea......
